The Hiatt was designed by Seattle architect Blaine McCool, whose work often included central glass stairwells. We are located one block off the UW campus and University Way, with easy access to transit, museums, banks, groceries, pharmacies, the University Book Store, countless restaurants and cafe's, and the U-District Farmers Market every Saturday. All apartments are 1 bedroom, 1 bath units, 590-650 sq. ft. Some have decks, and a few have small patio areas. The building is non-smoking, and offers off-street parking, secured garage parking, as well as an on-site resident manager.
